In the end, how do I break certain customers out of the List/Discount structure to provide them a straight NET sell price on specific items or item groups? Any guidance is very much appreciated! It now simply registers the LIST as $30 and still gives them the 20% discount. So I tried setting them up in Price Group MUNI and created another agreement for Price (sales) Group MUNI for $30. However, even though Customer B is in the 300 line discount group, they require a special yearly contracted NET price for Item A. I enter an order and Unit Price shows $50 with a 20% discount giving me a NET price of $40. If we stop here, everything works fine from a List/Discount perspective.

  • We setup a Line discount (sales) for Customer Line Discount Group 300 to get 20% off the $50 LIST price.
  • Item A is also assigned to a product group S-HDMI.

  • Item A has a Price (sales) setup for All at $50.
  • Customer/Line Discount Group is where you would set any discounts off a LIST price. From what I understand, Customer/Price Group is how you would typically setup a NET price. High level explanation of my issue is that we need to break out a sub-set of customers from the standard List/Discount structure to a straight Net sales price.
